A Daughter's Point of View

Would you like to be highlighted or do you know someone who deserves to be BON? Contact us at ourwordsofwisdom@gmail.com and let us know.

Today's Blogger of Note is Go Ask Alice...when she's 94.

I read a lot of blogs, and many of those I like are written by caregivers. They are invaluable to me and help me gain perspective on what it means to be at this stage of life where taking care of my mother is a big part of what I do every day. However, Go Ask Alice...When She's 94 is not so much about my experience as it is about Alice's. I like sharing stories about spending time with my mother because she's rich in character, dignity, wit, and the kind of smarts you need in order to get to your ninth decade and still find things in life to enjoy.

I hope you like finding out about Alice, her sisters, her friends and her impossible romance with the man she calls Mr. Fickle.

Happy reading,

Sandy & Pam

PS Our sincerest apologies to Andrea for not having her BON post up and ready first thing this morning.

  2. My mother is 88. She and her husband still live in their home in Ft. Collins, Colorado. My Mom is a writer and we love talking about the craft.
If you have time, I'm running a contest.
