Tammy's blog was one of the first (if not THE first) of blogspot blogs I decided I just HAD to follow! Sandy certainly nailed it when she said: "Tammy is the blogger I want to be when I grow up."
ReplyDeleteCONGRATULATIONS, Tammy, you're da blog!
I saw the M-word, again,... but I am trying to keep an open mind and will check it out!
ReplyDeleteTammy is one of my faves. She's a real person, and isn't afraid to put herself out there. BTW, I gave y'all a shout-out today. I'm really digging this scene over here...
ReplyDeleteCame here by way of Melissa B. up there. She outed you guys in a most awesome way. Been looking and looking for place in the Blogospher. I'm a generic blogger and I like that. At first I felt totally alone. Mommy, daddy, home decor, cooking & baking, and on and on and on. It was like being back in high school and not fitting in. I've made peace with my writing. So glad you two came along.
ReplyDeleteMonday again!? Gross!
ReplyDeleteHave a great day Ladies!
Tammy's blog is great. Love her sense of humor. I look forward to digging in a little more to her posts.
ReplyDeleteBTW, does anyone else have a commenting issue on some blogs? I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to create an OpenID for my self-hosted WP blog, so if a blog's comment space doesn't have a Name/URL option, I'm not sure what to do. Advice welcome!
Hi Sandy and Pam! I'm heading over to read Tammy's blog. Thanks for the great work, keep it up!
ReplyDeleteSandy and Pam...you outdid yourself with this one! Awesome! Oh, I am SO loving WOW!!
ReplyDeleteOh...for Emma...click on Anonymous and post your comment that way, just remembering to sign your name and put a link to your blog before you post your comment. That's what I have non-bloggy friends/family do and it seems to work for them.
ReplyDeleteHi!
ReplyDeleteI found you via Melissa at Scholastic Scribe. I am SO not the monetizing, PR-friendly blogger.
As a woman in my 50s, I don't fit the mommy blogger mold, and am not sure I fit a niche - other than the one I've created for myself.
I write what I want, when I want. I am not beholden to fad, fashion or advertising money.
I blog because I like to write. I blog to vent, to make connections. I read blogs that are thoughtful, and blogs that make me laugh...or cry.
I like sarcasm, but not downright meanness.
Thanks for letting me find a place where I can get my fix!
I *heart* when new BONs are announced!!! I love discovering new and fascinating blogs!!! Tammy sure doesn't disappoint!!! I just went and read her BON post and I have to get back there to comment and read her other posts, but had to come back here to commend you ladies on another fabulous WOW week!!! I am slowly getting back in to the swing of things after my little hiatus so I could nurse the hubs, and I am having so much fun visiting everyone that visits WOW.
ReplyDeleteAnd now, after reading the name of Tammy's blog, the Aerosmith song "Mamakin" is permanently stuck in my head! Good thing I love Aerosmith! lololol
I love Tammy's blog!

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed Tammy's blog--she really thinks about life and she writes with honesty and style.
ReplyDeleteMelissa B. sent me :)
ReplyDeleteYou ladies made a wise choice in showcasing Tammy! I adore her -- calling her posts a soundrack of music and life is spot on! A wonderful way to describe her. I love how honest and open she is. If you like her, then maybe I'll like others you like too. I guess I'll stop by again to see who else you spotlight.
ReplyDeleteTammy has been one of my favorite bloggers for over a year I'm guessing. She just always has a fantastic way of weaving a story.
ReplyDeleteOnce again, I'm a day late and a dollar short.
ReplyDeleteReally need to get my sh** together, I would say.
So, I'm off to wish yesterday's 'BON' a belated happy day and wish you all the same for yesterday, today and tomorrow.
Peace and serenity,
~Jo
