A Writer, A Reader and a Redhead
Today's Blogger of Note is Crone and Bear It.
Pam said "Linda is a fellow bookworm. She reads 4-5 books a month AND is studying for an advanced degree."
Sandy said "Mom to EmmaLou, the Golden Destroyer, Linda’s clever and witty writing never fails to make me laugh."
Happy reading,
Sandy & Pam

Just stopping by to see what's up on the site. Heading on over to visit Crone and Bear It. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to visit Crone and Bear It and meet a BON who's literate, thoughtful and entertaining -- seemingly, the very type of person WOW was created for.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to the BON! I can't wait to read her blog - I love to read and sharing that joy with others.
ReplyDeleteHeaded to visit her now..
ReplyDeleteOn my way...
ReplyDeleteOn my way to visit the BON today. Have a happy Wednesday everyone!
ReplyDeleteOk. Let me try this again. Blogger just ate my comment...
ReplyDeleteWooHoo Way to go Sister-in-my-Head!
*applause*
I love that pic of the antique typewriter. Seems like it must have been very satisfying to write on.
ReplyDeleteCongreatulations to the newest BON!!! Going to visit now!!! :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for keeping us in touch...
ReplyDeleteI'm heading over there now!
ReplyDeletep.s. A big thank you to everyone who joins in the conversation and doesn't use it to shamelessly promote their own blogs like I've seen in other places! :-)
ReplyDeleteGood morning, WOWers! I've been enjoying (truly) a couple of days of budget-crunching...now looking forward to seeing what you all are up to!
ReplyDeleteI just tried to visit our BON and got this message:
ReplyDeleteThe website at croneandbearit.wordpress.com contains elements from the site www.blogio.net, which appears to host malware – software that can hurt your computer or otherwise operate without your consent. Just visiting a site that contains malware can infect your computer.
For detailed information about the problems with these elements, visit the Google Safe Browsing diagnostic page for www.blogio.net.
Could you forward this information over to her, I'm sure she would like to know and I can't get to her site right now.
Oh, here is the link about the suspicious blogio content:

Four to five books per month?? I'm working on getting through ONE!
ReplyDeleteStopping by to say good morning and then heading over to visit today's BON.
ReplyDeleteOff to visit her now.
ReplyDeleteHappy Wednesday! Happy blog reading!
ReplyDeleteShe has a wonderful blog! Love her dog emmalou!
ReplyDeleteSandy - and EverydayKathy - Please be aware that blogio.net is the malware site and they frequently show up as plug-ins - THIS IS NOT ON MY SITE - I have spoken with the WORDPRESS people who ASSURE ME Crone and Bear It has NO MALWARE attached to it. You are safe coming to visit me. Thanks and sorry you got that message - it is not on WordPress.com blogs nor is it on Blogger blogs. Thanks Linda
ReplyDeleteThanks, Linda, appreciate the information. I wondered if that was the case...
ReplyDeleteI'm too shocked about 4-5 books a month...and I thought I was a fast reader
ReplyDeleteGreat blogger! I really enjoyed reading her thoughts, rants and raves :)
ReplyDelete4-5 books a month?! WOW! I long for the days when I have time to do recreational reading again. Great BON. Her highlighted posts were great--especially the Christmas letter and the post about her dog!
ReplyDeleteThanks for letting me know Linda -- FYI I just tried to go and got no message! yippie!! I'll be right over!
ReplyDeleteSo, it is safe to visit? Will check her out now..
ReplyDeleteGreat day everyone!
Good readers make for great writers! But I still don't know how Linda manages to read so much when pursuing an advanced degree...and continuing to write. Certainly goes into my Book of Inspirations :-)
ReplyDeleteUpon reading the headline; "A Writer, A Reader and a Redhead" I thought: 'I didn't know I was yesterdays featured Bon!'
ReplyDeleteTurns out, I'm not.
Sheesh. How many readers, writers and redheads all in one can there be????
There's at least two.
Happy Thursday, anyway, fellow wisdom-ers!
Make it a great day -- I'm excitedly off to visit yesterdays BON to find out how exactly we were separated at birth.
Peace and serenity,
~Jo
'The End Of The Rainbow: Life After Bankruptcy'
Well here I am, a day late and a dollar short, what's new? That little road trip kicked my butt! I enjoy Linda's blog, she is very witty and up beat, some days I really need a dose of humor!
ReplyDeleteGreat job ladies.
Happy Thursday. I'm heading off to visit! My husband reads about that much. I try...but blogging always gets in the way!
ReplyDeleteI checked out "Crone's" post on Self-Help/Scrambled Eggs and loved it! Thank you Sandy and Pam for another worthwhile discovery.
ReplyDeleteMy tax season job ends in two weeks, then maybe I too can read 4 books a month...ok, delusion over.
ReplyDeleteGoing to read today's BON right now.
I would like to point out that 3 of your BONs are from Ohio. We must be a very talented state.
