Calling All Creative Writers and Photographers

As the second week of Words of Wisdom (WOW) comes to a close, we are happy to report that WOW continues to grow. If this is your first visit to WOW, our mission is to help “bloggers of substance” find each other. For more information, visit our Welcome Message.

In two weeks, not only do we have many people who visit WOW and the Blogger of Note (BON) daily, we have a list of bloggers who are interested in being BON that will take us through the next several months. To find out more about how to become a Blogger of Note, visit this page.

We never imagined how quickly WOW would take off. It’s obvious that the creation of such a network was long overdue. We appreciate your enthusiasm and the support and encouragement we have received.

Over these first two weeks we have been highlighting Bloggers of Note on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We expect to continue that schedule for the foreseeable future.

However, in addition to writing great “Blogs of Substance” we know that many people enjoy photography and creative writing (fiction, poetry, essays, etc.).

As a way to include those types of blogs and posts, in the next few weeks we will start a new feature to showcase and share Photography and Creative Writing posts. These blogs will be featured weekly on Sunday. Please check back next Sunday for more information.

  7. This is great-- and I have a new router and modem, so I hope not to be incommunicado any more-- it's been totally random and sketchy for a couple of weeks, but All Better Now! Hooray!

  11. Visiting from Jenny Matlock's blog, you have a very interesting concept. I am very glad you are including photography as that is my primary focus in both of my blogs.

I will be back a little later to read more.

  13. Just getting started in photography, EditElf.com has give me a huge advantage over well established photographers. I don’t have to buy expensive editing software, learn all the tricks, and waste time on my computer. I started shooting weddings because I love photography and I love people, so that’s what I spend my time doing!
