Colleen is a lawyer, tap dancer and cheese connoisseur who lives in New York City. She loves live music and goes to lots of concerts. Despite living in one of the most exciting cities on the planet, her 'bucket list' says she still plans to see more of the world. She also claims to be an aspiring writer; we'd say she has already reached that goal.

ReplyDeleteThanks, all. Please don't let the "Queen of Good Grammar" title deter you from visiting. I do sometimes post gentle reminders on the difference between "since" and "because," or when to use "who" and when to use "whom," but most of the time I just talk about life in Manhattan... and being a tap dancing (unemployed) lawyer.

I was unfazed by the "good grammar" thing even before reading Colleen's comment - I've become accustomed to seeing our language slaughtered so often, I'm not sure which was is up anymore.

ReplyDeletegot caught up on my blog reading. but...even the queen of grammar can't make me use CAPS in my writing!! sounds like there's a lot going on in her life--job hunting, soon to be a mom, starting graduate school--and a baseball fan to boot!
ReplyDeletethe retired school teacher is more at my energy level and point in life...this blogging eases me into retirement. i find in my surfing that most bloggers are much younger so it's really nice to meet someone closer to my age.
